Currently, Caroline is the Head of Regional People Partnering Africa at Bolt. Previously, she was the Senior Director People & Culture at Sama and the Human Resources Director for East Africa at Schneider Electric.

Her strategic business partnering, HR integration skills, and cultural enabling capabilities provide a broad understanding essential for effective people strategy execution. Caroline is also a Certified Organisational Effectiveness Coach with the Coach Development Institute of Africa, a Certified Facilitator, Certified Hogan Assessor, and holds a Senior Management Leadership Program certificate from Strathmore Business School.
Caroline holds an Executive Master of Business degree from the Management University of Africa/JKUAT, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources from the Institute of Human Resources Management. She is a Board Member of Kinderville Junior School, sHero Foundation, Kagumo Primary, and Secondary Schools. A mother to three young leaders, Caroline also possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit and loves networking.
