Kitui County launches HIV transition roadmap

Kitui County, under the leadership of H.E. Governor Julius M. Malombe, has officially launched its ambitious County HIV Transition Roadmap. This significant initiative is supported by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and CDC Kenya through the Center for International Health, Education, and Biosecurity (Ciheb-Kenya) Partnership for Advanced Care and Treatment (PACT) Imara Program.
